Terms and conditions

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid before the retreat start date.
1.2. Early bird pricing applies only to bookings made before the deadline specified on our website.
1.3. Discounts, including the ‘Bring a Friend’ offer, cannot be combined with other promotions.
1.4. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the booking page.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date.
2.4. If Samya Retreats cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Travel & Insurance

3.1. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and visas.
3.2. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
3.3. Samya Retreats is not responsible for any travel disruptions, delays, or additional costs incurred.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries before attending the retreat.
4.2. Our retreats are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult a doctor before participating.
4.3. Samya Retreats reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant’s health condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Conduct & Respect

5.1. We promote a respectful and inclusive environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.2. Participants must respect the retreat property, staff, and fellow attendees. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the participant.
5.3. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted during the retreat.

6. Photography & Media

6.1. Samya Retreats may take photos and videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you opt out in writing.
6.2. Participants may take personal photos but must respect the privacy of others.

7. Changes to the Retreat Schedule

7.1. While we strive to follow the planned schedule, changes may occur due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. Samya Retreats reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure the best experience for participants.

8. Liability Waiver

8.1. By participating in a Samya Retreat, you acknowledge the risks associated with physical activities, travel, and outdoor excursions.
8.2. Samya Retreats, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.
