Privacy policy
How this website and Samya Retreats handle your information.
Who we are
Samya Retreats runs yoga retreats in Kerala, India. We’re based in Chirattapalam, Fort Kochi, Kerala. You can reach us at samyaretreats@gmail.com.
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts and doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
Like any website, some technical information such as your IP address and browser type is shared with the services that deliver it: our hosting provider, Hostinger; Google Fonts, which provides the typefaces; and jsDelivr, which provides some of the website’s code. These services handle that information under their own privacy policies.
Enquiries
The enquiry form on our contact page doesn’t send anything to our website. When you choose “Send on WhatsApp” or “Send by email”, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
When you contact us, we receive your name, your contact details and anything you choose to include, such as your preferred dates or dietary needs. WhatsApp and your email provider handle those messages under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry and to organise your retreat. We don’t sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing samyaretreats@gmail.com.
Other websites
This website links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
